Return & Refund Policy

Because saffron is a perishable food product, we cannot accept returns of opened jars except in the case of verified quality claims.

Eligible for full refund or replacement

  • Damaged on arrival (please photograph packaging)
  • Quality dispute (low color, poor aroma) — enter Batch ID and describe issue
  • Wrong item sent

Process

Email hello@himalayansaffron.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and details. We respond within 1–2 business days.

Unopened jars

May be returned within 14 days for store credit. Buyer covers return shipping.

Refund method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days of approval.
