Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
Shipping rates
- Standard tracked: $9.99, or free on orders over $99.99 — in CAD for Canadian orders and USD for US orders.
- The free-shipping threshold applies to the merchandise subtotal. Your shipping cost is shown in your bag and again before you pay.
Canada
- Standard tracked: 3–7 business days.
United States
- Standard tracked: 5–10 business days.
Sales tax
Saffron is a basic food product and is exempt from sales tax in both Canada and the United States, so no tax is added at checkout. The price you see plus shipping is the price you pay.
Customs and duties (US orders)
Most orders under $800 USD qualify for de minimis entry and are duty-free. Larger orders may be subject to customs duties charged by US Customs, which are the buyer's responsibility. We declare all packages accurately.
Lost or delayed shipments
If your tracking shows no movement for 7+ business days, contact us at hello@himalayansaffron.comand we'll investigate or reship at our cost.
